The Subterranean Level. Accessed via escalators from the main concourse, the ice level is situated below ground to maintain perfect thermal regulation. It features 5 distinct rinks, separated like individual stadiums to give every game a professional atmosphere.
The NHL Standard: Every team receives private access to locker rooms modeled after professional facilities—featuring player lounges, equipment managers, and direct ice access.
While the hockey happens below, the main level is a massive, open-air hub of activity. It houses two full basketball courts, an indoor soccer/flag football field, and a swimming pool with a high dive.
We didn't forget the siblings. Built directly into the walls and ceilings of the architecture is a massive, structural tube maze. Kids can explore the building from above while parents watch the game.
Not a Concession Stand. We built a mercantile that converts into a diverse Food Court. This is a launchpad for young chefs—giving those with a passion for food a foot in the door.
Every kitchen in the incubator runs on our proprietary OS. Young entrepreneurs focus on their craft, while the software handles the inventory, margins, and operations.

Located below the main entrance, the secure "Airport Style" drop-off zone connects directly to the Drylands Training Facility (with a dedicated Goalie Zone) and the Pro Shop.
The Campus connects to The Hotel via a series of private, terrain-level roads. Teams travel securely and privately. No traffic. No weather. Just focus.
