How It Works

The "7-Year Lock" is a smart contract on the XDC Network. It is designed to reward long-term loyalty with real asset accumulation.

Allocation: A percentage of monthly profits is converted to Gold (PAXG/Xaut).
The Lock: These assets are deposited into a transparent vault that cannot be withdrawn for 84 months (7 Years).
The Release: Upon maturity, the vault unlocks, providing the employee with a lump-sum asset that has hedged against inflation.
